A better beginning

The right questions, answered.

What does the organisation need to achieve? Who needs to use it? What must the website or product help them do? We work through those questions before making design decisions.

The standard Blueprint normally takes one to two weeks. You leave with a practical plan that connects the goal to the work and the budget.

Getting started

Start with your brief.

Send a short brief. We confirm the standard Blueprint is the right fit, agree the dates and send the invoice. No payment is taken here.

Your plan moves with you.

The standard Blueprint fee is credited against your build if you sign within 30 days. Your written proposal records the scope, timetable and credit.

For larger product and app programmes, we first discuss the budget holder, procurement route and timetable. An Enterprise Blueprint is then scoped and priced by proposal.

A few good questions.

Is Blueprint a deposit?

Blueprint is paid discovery with its own agreed deliverables. It establishes the scope and plan before the build. Its fee is credited against a build signed within 30 days.

What should we bring?

Bring your goals, current site or product, audience information, available content, known constraints and the people who will approve the work. We confirm the required inputs at setup.

Do we get a fixed quote?

The standard Blueprint includes a fixed build quote for the agreed scope and a practical delivery plan. Dependencies, exclusions and approval points are recorded with it.

How do I pay?

Send the Blueprint brief. Once we confirm the scope and dates, we send an invoice with the payment details.
