For organisations that need a dedicated lead, designer and developer, we can scope an Embedded team on a 12-month programme.

A clear commitment.

Three months initially, billed monthly in advance. Then rolling, with 30 days’ notice.

Partner includes routine site care. There is no separate Care subscription to add.

Third-party fees, advertising, printing, filming and major new builds are quoted separately.

The roadmap and agreed scope define the work. New priorities are reviewed together before they enter the active workstream.

Can you handle procurement?

Tell us about your supplier requirements, budget owner, purchase order process and timetable in the brief. We agree the statement of work, review points and invoicing route before work begins.

Can we put an NDA in place?

Raise confidentiality requirements on the first call. We can review an NDA before you share sensitive product or business information.

Who owns the work?

Ownership, licensing and any third-party materials are set out in the written agreement. Final delivery and handover follow the agreed payments.

How do time zones work?

Kapture is based in Zambia. Our service window is weekdays, 08:00–17:00 CAT (UTC+2). We agree meeting times and review dates with your team.

Which invoice currency?

USD is the default display currency, with GBP available through the selector. The written proposal confirms the invoice currency, taxes and payment details.

Need a larger team?

We can scope an Embedded team for a larger programme. Its roles, capacity, delivery rhythm and 12-month term are agreed in a separate proposal.
