You may use the site to learn about Kapture, view approved portfolio work and submit a genuine business enquiry. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, scrape private data, or use the forms to send spam or unlawful content.

Portfolio and intellectual property

Kapture and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, text, graphics, interaction design and other original material, except where a client or third party owns identified work. Portfolio projects are shown as creative inspiration and evidence of capability. They are not offered for copying, resale or reuse.

You may link to public pages and view them for ordinary personal or business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit site material without written permission.

Prices and project enquiries

Published “from” prices and indicative project totals are starting points, not binding quotations. Final price, scope, timing, deposit, ownership, revisions, cancellation rights and support are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Submitting a brief, Blueprint request or content-plan request does not create a contract, reserve production capacity or require Kapture to accept the project. No payment is taken through the website forms. A project begins only after the agreed acceptance steps and any required cleared deposit.

Information and availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but portfolio links, prices, schedules and service details can change. The site is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

External websites and booking services are controlled by their respective operators. Kapture is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Kapture is not responsible for indirect loss arising only from reliance on general website information, third-party links, or temporary site unavailability. Any liability connected with commissioned work is governed by the signed project agreement.
